If you use Carbide.UI from Nokia Forum, you need to associate a key and a cer file to make your theme installable by everybody.
Carbide.UI’s key and cer files are one-year files, so after just one year of use, you need to make them again, or all your themes will give "Certificate expired" error.
You can download for free and use on your themes our key and cer files, that will last for 20 years.
